Online store - a site with an address on the Internet.
Product - products presented for sale in the online store.
Client - a natural or legal person who has placed an Order.
Order - a duly executed request of the Client for the purchase of the Goods.
A transport company is a third party that provides services for the delivery of Goods to Customers.
Please read this agreement carefully before using the services of the Astalia.com.ua online store.
This text is the Agreement between the Astalia.com.ua Internet store in Ukraine, hereinafter referred to as the "Internet store", and the user of the Internet store services, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" and determines the conditions for the purchase of goods through the Astalia.com Internet store website .ua, hereinafter "Online Store" or "Site".
1. Basic provisions
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store at the time of ordering.
1.2. The information posted on the Website of the online store contains the terms of the offer for the purchase of goods and is a public offer, the status of which is enshrined in Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (GKU). Acceptance is the fact of placing an order for the proposed product.
1.3. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the conditions stipulated by this Agreement by checking the box "I agree with the terms of the Agreement" when placing the order.
1.4. Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for goods on the territory of Ukraine can make a purchase in the Astalia.com.ua online store.
1.5. The goods are paid only in hryvnia: upon delivery, any self-pickup of the goods or by bank transfer to the account of the online store.
2. Information about the goods
2.1. The goods are presented in the catalog through photo samples, which are the property of the online store.
2.2. Each sample photo is accompanied by text information: article number, price and product description.
2.3 At the request of the Buyer, the manager of the online store is obliged to provide (by phone or by e-mail) other information necessary and sufficient, from the point of view of the Buyer, to make a decision on the purchase of goods.
2.4. The price of the goods indicated on the Site can be unilaterally changed by the Astalia.com.ua Internet store.
2.5. In the event of a change in the price of the goods ordered by the Buyer, the manager of the online store informs the Buyer about it (by phone or via e-mail) as soon as possible in order to receive confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order is considered canceled.
2.6. The goods sold by the online store are marked with information about the main properties of the goods, the method of its use, and the location of the seller.
3. The order of purchase in the Astalia.com.ua online store
3.1. Orders are accepted through the Astalia.com.ua online store and official pages on social networks.
3.2. The buyer of the Astalia.com.ua online store has the right to place an order for any product presented on the Internet store website and available. Each product can be ordered in any quantity. The order can be placed by the Buyer in the following ways: made by phone, by e-mail or placed independently on the Site. Details of ordering through the Site are described in the section "Order \ Payment \ Delivery".
3.3. In the absence of goods in the warehouse, the Manager of the company is obliged to notify the Buyer (by phone or via e-mail).
3.4. In the absence of a product, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a product of a similar model, refuse this product, and cancel the order.
3.5. The Buyer has the right to refuse the order at any time before it is sent to the Buyer, notifying the Online Store by phone or e-mail.
4. Delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer
4.1. Delivery of goods purchased in the Astalia.com.ua online store is carried out by courier services throughout Ukraine.
4.2 Sending the ordered goods across Ukraine is made within 2-3 working days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Buyer. Saturday Sunday and public holidays are excluded from business days.
4.3. Together with the order, the Buyer is provided with the following documents: delivery form, invoice.
4.4. The buyer is obliged, in the presence of the courier of the online store, to accept the ordered goods in terms of quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of the goods.
4.5. The fact of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer is the payment for the goods by the Buyer.
4.6. If the Buyer refuses to order at the time of delivery, the Buyer pays the costs of the online store for the delivery of the order.
4.7. The buyer is not obliged to reimburse the costs of the online store associated with the delivery of the order if, during the acceptance of the goods, it is found that the delivered goods are of inadequate quality, quantity, assortment or completeness.
5. Payment for the order
5.1. An order made in the online store is paid byby the buyer by transferring cash by courier service.
5.2. Payment for the order by bank transfer must be made by the Buyer by 100% advance transfer of funds to the account of the online store within three working days from the date of order confirmation.
5.3. If funds are not received, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. Procedure for the return of goods of good quality
6.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the delivered goods at the time of receipt by courier delivery.
6.2. Return of goods to the online store is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, original factory packaging, labels, invoice are preserved.
6.3. Return of goods to the online store is made at the expense of the Buyer to the seller's office on weekdays from 9-00 to 18-00.
6.4. When the Buyer returns the goods of good quality, the Internet store returns to him the amount paid for the goods upon the return of the goods, minus the compensation of the store's expenses related to the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
7. The procedure for returning goods purchased through the online store, upon detection of a hidden defect, warranty service
7.1. The warranty period for goods purchased from our online store is 14 calendar days. During the specified period of time, if a hidden defect is found in the product, the Buyer has the right to: gratuitous elimination of defects, or a commensurate decrease in the purchase price, or replacement with a product of a similar model, or any other with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price, or return of the product and receiving money for it, in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
7.2. Return of goods to the online store is made at the expense of the Buyer to the seller's office on weekdays from 9-00 to 18-00.
7.3. Claims for goods are considered within 3 to 30 days.
8.1. The Astalia.com.ua online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer for goods on the Site, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, and also suspend or stop the sale of any goods at its sole discretion.
8.2. This Agreement shall be considered in the form as it is published on the Site, and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
