Information about delivery
Orders are accepted directly on the website (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or by phone from 9:00 to 19:00 seven days a week or by e-mail.
During the working day after receiving your order, our manager will call you to clarify all the data, terms of payment and delivery. It is possible to split the order into several parcels.
After placing an order on the website, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
After sending the goods, our manager will tell you the number of the consignment note required upon receipt of the goods.
There is a system of discounts for regular customers and just good people.
Important: due to fluctuations in the hryvnia exchange rate, a slight price difference is possible!
Cash. You can pay for the order upon pickup from the warehouse or to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
Cashless payments. For legal entities, settlement by transfer is possible.
Prepayment to the PrivatBank card. You can make a prepayment to a PrivatBank card through the Privat24 system or special payment terminals of PrivatBank.
Cash on delivery in the department of delivery services "Novaya Poshta", "Deliveri", "Ukrposhta".

It depends entirely on the goods you ordered, as well as on the quantity. Each category of goods has its own terms of delivery. We will do more than just good, or we will try :)
Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out using the delivery services "New Mail", "Delivery", "Ukrposhta". With these delivery services we will be able to send your order to almost any locality. Delivery to all major cities of Ukraine takes no more than 2 days, to regional centers - 3 days.
The carrier also depends on the cargo. For example, pine rounded pillars are sent only by Deliveri.
As a rule, orders are shipped twice a week: Tuesday, Thursday.
When placing an order, it is important to indicate the delivery service and the warehouse number where you want to receive the parcel.
You can order delivery "to the door", subject to full prepayment for the order. In this case, you pay only the cost of delivery to the courier.
In the case of a large overall order, we can find an individual truck for delivery, or load your order to a moving city to your city. The cost and conditions are calculated on an individual basis.
Important: parcels are stored in the warehouses of transport companies for no more than 5 days, after which they are returned to the sender. You need to pick up the order exactly at this time!
